Robust 2-Step Testing: Our simple but
robust 2-Step sales testing helps ensure that a candidate cannot skew the
results by having someone else take a test on their behalf. You'll have greater
Peace of Mind, and won't waste time interviewing the non-candidates when you use
our sales assessment tests. Here's how:
Step 1 (Screening Test): Email the
web-link for the Screening Test to the different applicants so they can take the
Screening test at home. The Confidential result of the Screening Test will be emailed
to you, to help you decide which candidate(s) to invite to an actual interview.
Save time and money by interviewing only the pre-screened top candidates. You can
screen (pre-qualify) up to thousands of applicants nationwide (or worldwide) from
your one central location.
Step 2 (Final Test): It is best to
give the Candidates the Final Test only when they actually visit your office for
the interview. Just let them use an Internet enabled computer at your location,
and have their Final Test result (Report Card) in front of you when you interview
them. This simple step helps ensure that a candidate does not substitute someone
else to take the sales test on their behalf, as can happen with some other
e-mailed tests.
Stand-alone: Using the Screening Test
in conjunction with the Final Test is recommended, but you may bypass the Screening
Test and just give the candidates a Final Test, when they visit your office for
the interview. Thus, each Final Test may be given on its own as a stand-alone test.
The reverse is not true -- you must not use just the Screening Test as a stand-alone
test to help you in your final hiring decisions. The Final Tests are more comprehensive
than the Screening Test.
Unique: Pre employment testing
with a conventional sales aptitude test or sales personality test
may offer limited benefits towards hiring experienced sales executives. An
old-style sales aptitude test or sales personality test is often "blind" to the
impact of a job applicant's experience, training and knowledge of sales techniques,
but a real sales assessment test is not. The JOY Tests (tm)
of Total Sales Ability (tm) go beyond the old sales aptitude tests, and are a useful
sales team building tool.
Secure: The sequence of questions changes
from time to time to protect against answer sharing. "Negative Marking" is in effect
to guard against guessing and random answering. All online tests are given via a
secure server using industry strength encryption. The proprietary Scoring Methodology
is a trade secret.
